Course Overview

P3O® Foundation and Practitioner - is an APMG accredited 5 -day course, which covers the syllabi for the Foundation and Practitioner examination levels, along with administration of these two examinations. Participants will gain an understanding and knowledge of the principles, processes and techniques of P3O® framework to facilitate effective Portfolio, Programme and Project Management. This framework also bridges the gap between strategy/ policy making and the delivery roles in the organizations.
